I have been at La Ermita for 1 night with my wife and another couple of friends in August 2008. The hotel has a great view on the Vinales valley, that you can appreciate at sunset and dawn especially. There is a big central garden with a nice bar, a lot of tables with view on the valley and a swimming pool full of children - the pool is in fact accessable also to non guests. The rooms are very nice and the structure of the hotel is quite nice too. The staff at the reception and at the bar is kind. Food was basic (average for Cuba).
