Close to the Prado Promenade, the Park View hotel was built in 1928. It reopened, with the turning of 21st century, completly modernized and with a wonderful comfort. I stayed at the Havana Riviera and this one back in late February. Park View was the better of the two for location, for no mold (!), and for cleanliness. It's small and has no amenities other than a bar, but if you're OK without a pool and just want a good budget hotel that's updated, choose this one. The staff were very friendly and I'd stay here again which I can't say for the Havana Riviera.
